Sprouter Sneak : Very simple, but very helpful. All you have to do is have the phantom sprouter be almost unseen from the screen, like this. Then use a boomseed and you will take it out without having to deal with those annoying phantoms.

Don't move further or else the phantoms will spawn.

Last Blow : This can be used as a sacrifice to get rid of the phantoms that are chasing you. Lay still until you go to sleep, once that happens, before the text pops up, grab a boomseed. Click the text, and the boomseed will blow up, causing the phantoms on top of you to die. Also, if the phantom is too close to where is originally was, it won't stay it place. This is recommended for phantoms from phantom sprouters.

If a boomseed becomes your cursor, then this will work. 

 Double One : This is only used for the two phantom kings in search for greely. This is very simple and will give you a ton of exp. First, focus on one phantom king. Keep on attacking it until it flees, then kill all the phantoms the phantom king spawned. After that, attack the other phantom king until it flees. There is no picture, since all the work would take a while, plus a picture is not needed.

Phantom Lock : Most people know about this, but I will explain it anyways. It is very simple, if a phantom is chasing you, thing is that you are faster then anything, so go behind a barrier before the phantom gets pass it, then take cover and hide behind the wall. Then you can use a boomseed to kill the phantom.

You will not be able to kill the locked phantom in return of the phantoms and the phantom portal, so you should use it for a escape.
